Job Description

  • Responsible to provide customer service support.
  • To monitor transaction and perform account consolidation.
  • To monitor and follow up to closure with data accuracy by updating into the database.
  • To provide customer service support through voice, e-mail, wechat, whatsapp, line, Telegram and etc medium.
  • To handle all escalation issues effectively and ensure optimum Customer Satisfaction.
  • Other assigned adhoc service.


Job Requirements

  • Candidate has at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Candidates with Call Center/Help desk or Customer Service experiences is a plus.
  • Good working knowledge in customer service experiences.
  • Independent and detail personality.
  • Candidate must be able to converse in Thai (Native speaker) and English in communication & written.
  • Ability to work as a team and response tactfully to customer request, complaints or problems.
  • Computer literate and ability to handle Word/Excel software.
  • Basic knowledge in accounts.
  • Willing to work long hour (12 hours which with 2 hours break) and 6 working days.


Additional Information

  • RM 300 increment after 3 months’ probation
  • RM 300 floating incentive / month
  • 3 months renewal visa during probation
  • RM 500 increment after 6 months serving
  • For those who work 1 year and above will be granted working visa
  • Accommodation provided
