Job Description

We are looking for an individual that can fit into our organization and add positive value to our workforce. A small company with 150 employees, we are currently expanding and require good HR personnel to support our expansion.


  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including manpower planning & sourcing, talent management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, payroll and other HR-related support services.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support – communicating HR policies, facilitating line management towards higher employee engagement and to support operations and achieve the company’s operational & strategic objectives. 
  • In charge of recruitment initiatives by sourcing via multiple channels including screening resumes, shortlisting, conducting interviews, assessment and administering employment documentation.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  • In charge of new hires onboarding session.
  • Administer disciplinary issues (minor/major misconduct cases), and conduct domestic inquiries, if necessary.
  • Providing counseling/coaching on outliers.
  • Coordinate documentation and administration of recruitment, confirmation, extension/termination, resignation, transfer, or other movements of staff and ensure relevant documents are completed timely.
  • Follow up on probation review and preparation of confirmation letter.
  • Monitor and maintain employee file records including attendance, absenteeism, leave records, etc.
  • Handle payroll activities of the company and managing staff payroll processing.
  • Preparing monthly performance reports.
  • Participate in HR initiatives and projects.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.  


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Psychology/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in HR preferably in recruitment and IR
  • Contact Center exposure is highly desirable.
  • Computer literate and strong knowledge and skills in using MS Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact in a professional and responsive manner.
  • Resourceful, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
  • Preferably IT savvy with a passion for creative designs.
  • Pro-active attitude towards work.
  • Well-versed in labor law and government statutory requirements.
  • Able to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Able to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
