Job Description

As a PR Consultant, you will seek to deliver exceptional returns on our client’s investments with us. We want candidates who have the steely determination to work in with us and deepen key client relationships, ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and will be willing to or can already:


  • Understand and service client's requirements, be the face of the company as well as leading a team of consultants
  • Help our clients to better understand the full potential of our products and act as liaison between the client and customer service.
  • Assisting clients to use the products & services namely; Strategic Branding, Advertising, Public Relations, Content, Design, Public Relations, Events & Experiences and keep them updated about new features launched.
  • Maintain proper communication and coordination with internal teams and clients to manage accounts.
  • Based on regular data analysis, work out new strategies to reach out to clients and ensure best results


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field required
  • At least 7 years in related field
  • Proven ability to utilize the Salesforce contact platform required
  • Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines
  • Pleasant, approachable and energetic personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A pro-active and overall a great team leader who  works with other team members to ensure overall company objectives is met.
  • Must be able to converse reasonably well in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Great public relations and marketing skills
  • Great presentation skills along with excellent power point usage ability
