Job Description

L & D E personnel will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota.

  • Learn details about our product and service offerings
  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
  • Upsells customers to larger products, more extensive packages, or higher priced services
  • Explains product pricing and negotiates bulk or package pricing
  • Contacts customers in response to correspondence or feedback
  • Address any questions or issues customers may have 
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
  • Direct prospects and leads to the sales team when needed
  • Keep an updated customer database
  • Maintains working knowledge of products and services sold and keeps current on industry developments by reading current news or attending workshops
  • Always strive towards meeting sales quota 
  • To keep records of calls and sales
