Job Description

Responsibility

  • Attend to incoming calls promptly, courteously in a competent and professional manner
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Ability to multi-task systems while providing service and resolving customer issues, upgrades, etc.
  • Promptly and methodically respond to customer inquiries to identify and resolve issues with initiative and good judgment.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Any other duties assigned by your immediate superior and other managerial levels in the Company

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Candidates must be a Malaysian citizen and possess at least an SPM qualification
  • Strong communication and interaction skill
  • Have Computer Literacy skill
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Able to start on 25th March 2021
  • 12 month contract
