LOCATION: Redberry City, Seksyen 13, Petaling Jaya

WORKING DAYS: Monday - Saturday

ROTATIONAL SHIFTS: 7 AM - 4 PM | 2 PM - 11 PM

MUST BE ABLE TO START IN APRIL 2021

Responsibilities:

  • To engage with the public on awareness, registration, appointment setting, answering queries and providing support though their vaccination registration journey
  • Engages with customers via outbound/inbound calls/ WhatsApp/ Emails.
  • Keeps records of interactions and details of customers' inquiries and feedback in the system.
  • Ensures performance target is met according to the KPI set-forth.
  • Follows company procedures, guidelines and policies set.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Good command of Bahasa Melayu and English (spoken & written)
  • Experienced in customer service/call center industry is an added advantage
  • Applicant must be willing to work in shift.
  • Strong Communication Skill and able to Multi Task
  • Dynamic, energetic and result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skill
  • MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON SHIFT ROTATION
  • MUST BE WILLING TO BE BASED IN SECTION 13, PETALING JAYA
  • MUST COME WITH LAPTOP, BROADBAND CONNECTION (MINIMUM 100MBPs) and HEADSET (WORK FROM HOME OPTIONS)
