The position of Management Trainee encompass the whole spectrum of daily management and operations of the outlet, including food preparation in the kitchen, managing the restaurant workers, scheduling the workers time table, serving customers including handling complaints and resolving it, maintaining the food quality, managing inventory, stocks in the outlet, ensuring the cleanliness of the outlet, compliance of the food and hygienic standard, following through SOP and ensuring the outlet hits its target on monthly basis.
