Responsibility
Attend to incoming calls promptly, courteously in a competent and professional manner
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Ability to multi-task systems while providing service and resolving customer issues, upgrades, etc.
Promptly and methodically respond to customer inquiries to identify and resolve issues with initiative and good judgment.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Any other duties assigned by your immediate superior and other managerial levels in the Company
