Job Responsiblities
To build close relationship with customers, leading the customer service team ensuring customer satisfaction level are put at top priority, and having high repeat purchase from customers.
Improve customer service experience, engaged with the customer, and facilitate the growth.
On-board new employees and train them based on the management requirement and skill set.
Set a clear mission on KPI in line with management KPI.
Interact with customer inquiry or issues and follow problems through to resolution.
