The Asia-Pacific Institute for Broadcasting Development (AIBD) was established in August 1977 under the auspices of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), is a unique regional inter-governmental organisation servicing countries of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN-ESCAP) in the field of electronic media development. It is hosted by the Government of Malaysia and the secretariat is located in Kuala Lumpur. The AIBD is mandated to achieve a vibrant and cohesive electronic media environment in the Asia-Pacific region through policy and resource development.

Liaise with Programme Manager/s and/or their Programme Secretary on the activities as assigned/scheduled, including to assist in designing e-banners/posters/video clips (if required) for weekly Webinar, Workshops & Calendar Events. Send out emails as instructed by Programme Manager/s. Assist in Social Media handles for weekly webinars – FB, Twitters and other relevant platforms. Assist in Secretarial tasks - Analysis of online attendance form and workshop evaluation form. Design digital promos for weekly online projects & calendar event. Attend such webinar, workshop, seminar and other relevant events as instructed and to keep tab of these activities by taking minutes, notes and action as advised.
