Brama Impresa Design and Build Sdn. Bhd. is founded in 2011 in Puchong, Kuala Lumpur by Andy and Simon. Andy is an expert on Interior Design Fit Out and Simon was in construction field with more than 18 years experience. Their complementary skills has enable Brama Impresa Design and Build Sdn. Bhd. to position themselves in the market as One-Stop solution, from Construction Planning to Interior Finishes. 

In traditional pipeline, the interior design planning has to wait for the completion of construction. In the later process, challenges appear due to some unadjustable fixture in the construction stage. The One-Stop solution allows better efficiency as the collaboration happens in the very beginning of planning process. As a result, we are able to optimise the cost, speed, and labour power while maintaining our top-notch quality.

Brama Impresa Design and Build Sdn. Bhd. has expands the team from 10+ workers to 150+  workers as we grows our business, serving clients mainly in the Peninsular Malaysia such as Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang, Melaka, KL, Selangor, Perak and so on.

Job Description · Assist in all basic Quantity Surveyor(s) task, valuation, measurement, taking-off,etc. · Able to work with admin, external QS, contractors and project team. · Assist in preparation of progress claim, sub-con claims,final accounts, etc. · To examine Tender Documents; i.e. drawings, specifications, conditions of contract and etc. and highlight to tender team of any ambiguity and potential contractual problem. · To prepare proposal for the submission of tender. · To liaise with respective departments for clarification and further information; i.e. information on related documents for tender submission. · To liaise with sub-contractors, vendors & suppliers to obtain information and quotation. · Update quotation and tender summary.

Job Description Coordinate invoice submission and follow-up payment. Preparation of invoice to main-contractor and follow-up payment. Prepare bi-monthly revenue report. Update invoice summary for every contract. Monitor invoice schedule, forecast and cost disbursement. To assist in tender evaluation/bidding process. To assist in the tracking and documenting of Project documentation for the department. Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.
