Responsible to create a proper system on stock management.
Keep proper inventory record for audit purposes.
Regularly conduct physical inventory count to ensure that the physical and system quantity are tally. Any discrepancy should be promptly investigate.
Perform weekly stock-take and monthly stock-take.
Ensuring the inventory operation complies to the SOP, process and controls at all times.
Ensuring every physical inventory movement, in and out, is in compliance with relevant supporting document and approvals.
Timely and correct reports generation for management decision and statutory reporting on controlled materials.
Ensure 5S operating environment plus Safety in the warehouse and surrounding areas at all time.
Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallets areas, workstation neat and tidy.
Work closely with Purchasing & Production departments.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superior from time to time.
