To provide relevant correspondence accurately and on time and handle all inquiries accurately and promptly. To co-ordinate client needs with relevant staff and departments. To oversee and execute filing. To type quotations and reply inquiries. To minute meetings when necessary. To handle phone inquiries and follow through. To maintain close working relationship with other departments. To conduct hotel inspection for walk-in guests. To entertain clients on behalf of Senior / Manager. To participate in various promotions. To undertake any other job assignments given by the Senior / Manager. To perform any other duties as directed by the Management. To assume any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
